***G Company based in jeddah is looking for GL / FA Accountant

Job Summary:

The GL / FA Accountant is responsible for the General Ledger and the Fixed asset activities of the finance and accounting department, reporting to the Chief Accountant.


Duties and Responsibilities:

•The GL / FA Accountant is responsible for:

•Prepare Financial Statement, Department Financials, Cash Flow Report and other Financial Reports required by the Chief Accountant.
•Monitor the Company Bank Accounts and assist Chief Accountant for monitoring Bank LCs and WCL.
•Receiving / preparing and validating the manual Journal Entries supporting documents.
•Entering, reviewing, and validating the required manual Journal Entries before submitting it for approval.
•The supporting documents for manual Journal Entry ******* (but not limited to):
•Financial Reports (example accounts summary)
•Trial Balance (Adjusting Journal Entries)
•Instructions from the Chief Accountant
•Copy of contract / agreement, if any
•Based on manual Journal Entries supporting documents received by the GL Accountant, the relevant type of manual Journal Entry should be entered:
•Accruals
•Reclassification of Transactions
•Recurring Journal Entries
•Allocation Journal Entries
•Adjusting/ Reconciling Journal Entries
•Closing Journal Entries
•As a general policy, the General Ledger Accountant is responsible for entering the required closing entries in order to r**** the balance of the temporary accounts (******* & Expense) to zero to begin the next fiscal year/ period.

Qualifications
A minimum of:
•Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or *****alent degree with a minimum of (2-3) years of relevant experience or fresh graduated.
•Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
