before I used to use Mohammad for non Muslims whom I don't know his name when I want to call him, until I asked a Shaikh. He said no call him by Abdullah don't call him Mohammad
Most Muslims don't know about this also as you said about nurse I call her "sister" but from now I will call her by nurse
