I have translated a topic and for taking permission from the writer I send a message to the university which I found the topic in its site ,They replayed with this sentence ....
"Yes, you may as long as you give credit to University of...."
I need your explanation for this sentence ?
Do they mean just to write the source of the topic or they want money ?
