Management & Professional Trainer
Summary: Under the direction of a senior team leader, these positions will provide platform delivery of a suite of training and development programs and processes for supervisors and managers in a large, diversified corporate environment. Position holders will have demonstrated strong co-facilitation, change management, influencing, and engagement skills in order to successfully implement initiatives across multiple business units. These positions are available on either single or family status.
Compensation: $80-100K Base + + Expatriate Premium, Overseas Cost Differential, Educational Allowances, Paid Annual Repatriation Costs and tax considerations. Re********: Yes-Both expatriation and repatriation.
Requirements
Education/Experience: Requires BS/BA degree, Masters a plus, with a minimum of 7-10 years experience in platform delivery, design and implementation of supervisory and management development training programs and processes. Successful candidates will have extensive experience providing this support in large, diversified corporate environments. Ideal candidates will have: hands-on experience in needs assessment, program design and rollout; experience with change management processes; demonstrated ability to interface at all organizational levels; strong verbal & written communications skills; and excellent facilitation & influencing skills. Any international experience working with multi-culture client groups is a plus. Experience in petrochemical related industry a plus.
