BG-82 Financial Management Lead
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparation of financial reports that summarize and forecast contract’s financial position, special reports required by regulatory authorities.
· Monitor and control the flow of invoice disbursements and program audit activities.
· Participating in Formulating Policies, Goals and Proposing Strategies.
· Manage Invoicing and Contracts Management personnel.
· Oversight of Earned Value Management activities.
· Perform all project management activities with the applicable PM methodology.
· Submit periodic progress status reports regarding project’s timelines and milestones.
· Ensure project’s risk and success factors are successfully met, additional work/scope is properly documented and project’s progress is on schedule.
Experience Required:
· None mentioned in the requirements.
· PMP certification is highly desirable
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business related field

BG-90 Accounting Functional Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate requirements for resource stakeholders, both internal and external, and will deliver financial disclosure certification of project Vendor/Stakeholder. Directly reports to the Administration Office Manager.
· Develop monthly and annual financial statement reporting, establishing program accounting and budgeting policies, guidelines and standards.
· Provide interim billing reporting, maintains Stakeholders time records.
· Coordinate deliverable and asset management activities.
· Develop, update and maintain program leadership awareness of IMS/WBS financial report.
Experience Required:
· 5 years experience in Program and Project Asset Management & Accounting.
· Basic experience needed, on discretion and evaluation of the Program Director.
· Accounting application for Program and Project Management.
· Logistic, Warehousing Inventory Valuation.
· Billing Process
· Deliverable and Milestone Payment Scheduling/Management.
Qualifications:
· BS in Commerce or Business Administration, major in Accounting preferred.
· Certified Public Accountant or its *****alent
