/Safety Manager /Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Projects- Design stage.
- Design of Electrical Systems according to project Data.
- Lighting and Power Layout
- Distribution Boards load schedule and Line Diagrams. +Low Current Systems if any.
- Power Cable Routing Network.

• Comply with Client / Consultant Requirements. Coordination with other Services.

• Material Specification and Selection. Submit the above to Head of Design Section.

• Projects- Tender stage.
- Estimation for material quantity.
- Enquiry for electrical material prices.
- Prepare material and labor cost for the electrical *****. -Submit the above to MD with the scope of work.

• Projects- Under construction.
- Closely monitoring site inspectors/engineers performance.
- Receiving the contract ag****ent and job awarded documents from projects manager.
- Organizing the tender documents, specification, BOQ. & cost estimation sheets from tender department.
- Study Project Program and prepare the electrical program and material procurement list accordingly.
- Prepare shop drawing.
- Coordination With the other Services (Mech. A Plumbing)
-Estimation for material quantity.
- Enquiry for electrical material prices.
- Prepare material submittal.
- Prepare material requisition as per approved Submittals and following up for early planned delivery.
- Liaise with local authorities and other traders for timely completion of *****
-Through time-management and careful programming of activities ensure work carried out within the Electrical Engineering team is completed according to deadlines.

- Computer Literate
- Excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-A minimum of 6 years experience in performing design and development related to construction activities with at least 2 years experience of managing design teams.
- Worked in Home Automation design and implementation
المستوى التعليمي

Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
