well you can see even our study mostly is American English not British
but we are talking here in general using regular english despite to the standard cuz the formal english would be used in specific
occasions even natives they do the same
well to use standard English would be useful in teaching and expressing certain ideas for specilized audieance but in general no harm to use simple and useable ********
i'll look for that book you mentioned cuz i like reading anything
