You have been scheduled for an ENGLISH ******** TEST at King Faisal
Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.) Riyadh, please read the
following instructions carefully:

TEST DATE:19-MAR-12 Greg Day: MONDAY Time: 09:00 -

1- Please make sure to be present for the test on the date and appointed hour.

2- If for any reason you cannot appear for the TEST as scheduled, kindly
inform local Employment office in advance to enable us schedule another applicant.

3- For canceling or rescheduling your test, please contact us through email
address (EnglishTest@kfshrc.edu.sa).

4- The test will be a Writing and Competency Screening Test (multiple
choice test).

5- Please do not write on the answer booklets and the desk.

6- Refrain from talking and whispering during the test.

7- You must keep this appointment slip as it is and submit it on the test day.

8- Your photo above should be attested by Local Employment staff.

Employment Office, next to Medical City Village (MCV), Riyadh.

Please arrive for your appointment on test day and Gregorian date.
