Gender: Male
Age: 25 - 30
Education: Degree Holder
Experience: 2 years minimum in telemarketing or tele-sales.
- Experience in E-marketing (Preferred )
- Well trained in Educational Program Sales (Preferred )
- Knowledge & Experience in graphic design (Preferred )
Job Description and Requirements
 Responsible of Telemarketing/E-marketing activities.
 Answer Customers' calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
 Shares the process of developing the marketing plans with the Line management.
 Prepares action plans and schedules to achieve KPIs and to project the number of contacts to be made.
 Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction and keep up a professional company image.
 Presents and demonstrates company products and services to current and potential clients.
 Identifies and resolves client concerns.
 Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
 Participates in all marketing events.
 Updates client's database to maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities by using all available technologies.
 Prepares activity, closings, follow-up, adherence to goals, and Market Feedback Report (MFR) to enhance R&D activities and decision making.
 Coordinates company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
 Follows-up for collection of payment.
 Prepares pricing proposal models.
Pr***des on-the-job training to new sales employees.
