I will try to know the reasons behind her weakness . I will ask her to practise in the classroom . Forexample , working in groups can help her to get rid of her weakness / shyness and and make her responsible that means that she has a role to play in this group as well as her classmates/ friends . I will also advise her to stop being shy and try to take a chance in the classroom .[/align]
