Job Purpose :
Identify and respond to customer requirements and develop new accounts in order to deliver customer satisfaction whilst increasing sales.
Job Context:
Reporting to Superintendent, Customer Relations, the jobholder is responsible for identifying and responding to customer requirements and developing new accounts for customers. Response time to the customer is crucial within the Customer Service function. Although there is no formal competition to Marafiq in Al Jubail, it is likely that the market will become more open in the future; making it imperative for Marafiq to build customer loyalty through the standard of its customer services.

Key Accountabilities :
• Grow sales and develop new accounts in order to generate increased ******* for the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in order to deliver increased customer satisfaction.
• Pr***de technical support to customers in order to help them better understand Marafiq’s offerings and the additional services available to them.
• Respond to customer problems and complaints in the appropriate timescales, as stipulated in Connection and Service Agreements, in order to meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.
• Co-ordinate with internal functions on behalf of customers, in order to pr***de a seamless, end-to-end service in resolving issues. Liaise with the Royal Commission on occasion, as delegated by the Manager, in order to have development proposals approved.
• Develop new, special agreements and tariffs with customers.
• 6 - 7 years’ experience in Customer Service roles within an industrial environment.
• Must have University Degree in a commercial discipline.
