Office Supplies & Others Specialist
(Procurement Department)
Duties and Responsibilities
To look at all office related procurement across company
Sends Purchase Order to suppliers by printing and preparing them, obtaining signatures and forwarding to Supplier
Performs expediting by printing open Purchase Order Reports, identifies PO’s to follow up and communicates with supplier concerned
Review stock control records and information from the system, such as consumption rates, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment
Monitor order processing (incoming goods, performance, complaints, compliance with payment terms)
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree of engineering or Business Administration or closely related field
Experience in a similar field 3-5 years
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office in all Windows formulas & applications
Strong Understanding of Procurement systems and procedures
Cooperative & able to work under pressure
