Executive Manager Devices Propositions
• Devices categories under responsibly are:
- Smart phones (Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, …)
- Tablets (iPad, Galaxy Tab, …)
- High-tier, Mid-tier and Low-tier Mobile Phones
- Accessories (headsets, covers, chargers, …)
• Creating and operating Mobily’s Devices business, to further push the use of Mobily services, increase market share and *******s.
• Development and management of projects with the objective to push Mobily services, whether voice or data, through selling and bundling the service with different devices.
• Driving device penetration across different customer segments to increase ARPU, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers.
• Develop and implement value propositions to target different segments with different devices categories. This includes and not limited to bundling, subsidy, discounts, and exclusive first to market devices deals.
• Conceptualize, plan and strategize devices campaigns/projects congruent with Company’s direction and optimizes ROI around events
• Serve as the head of primary business contact and project owner between Mobily and the Device Manufacturers (i.e.. Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Apple, RIM, Huawei etc)
• Develop and craft unique business proposition and product and services positioning to best differentiate execution models between Device Manufacturers
• Drive and project managed campaigns with the Device Manufacturers from business proposition, to project planning and roll-out
• Partnering with OEMs to develop product and marketing programs/proposals
• Develop, recommend and implement tactical and strategic plans consistent with Device Manufacturer’s and Corporate objectives and goals
• Designing and develop new programs to target devices such as device upgrade and insurance.
• Monitor the devices sales by channel, and work on different activities with sales department to increase different channels sales, and have full utilization of Responsibility for the devices BTL and ATL communication. This includes and not limited to Devices Magazines, website, direct marketing campaigns, and exclusive deals.
• Creation of joint-promotions with partners to push further Mobily services.
• Implement different operational policies and processes to push further the selling of devices by Mobily.
المهارات
• 8+ years of experience
• Very good finance and marketing skills
• Very good business sense and understanding of ICT trends.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing or business
