Retail Group sales Manager is urgently required for a pioneering FMCG Company located in Jeddah – KSA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Organizes store supervisors schedules and plans and coordinates stores operations
- Delegates duties and contributing towards achieving stores targets.
- Maintains HACCP standards in the stores.
- Oversees stock replenishment and pricing.
- Efficiently administrates daily operations of a full service branch including, product sales, product merchandizing, and merchandise planning, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the sales' department objectives.
- Pr***des a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
- May perform duties in the absence of the Store Supervisors or other such management capacities as directed by the Cluster Manager.
- Ensures sales, cash flow, outlet's stock receiving, promotion and stock control all assets in the outlet are properly executed
- Develops and coordinates merchandising strategies, promotion programs, and effective visual merchandising
- Evaluates sales and does market research to raise sales potential and profitability of the outlet
- Attends for customer complaints or enquiries and pr***de good customer services
- Assess local market conditions, identify potential locations for branches prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branches
- Ensures that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed
- Pr***des training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member
- Conducts store orientation of the sales employees
- Oversees store's financial management
- Ensures the safekeeping of stores' assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
- Maintains and enforces personnel policy
- Selects, promotes and discharges employees within the branch in accordance with basic personnel policy
- Evaluates regularly the effectiveness of the branches operation as well as employees, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
- Takes prompt corrective action as needed
- Achieves the profitability goals/objectives of the branch and organization
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Saudi national preferred ( any other nationality with transferable IQAMA will be considered )
· Bachelor of Business Administration, preferably in Marketing or any other related discipline
· Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Sales Operations including 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory / managerial level in retail management in FMCG industry or similar industry
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Excellent communication skills in both English / Arabic languages
· Excellent Computer Skills (MS office Applications ) i.e. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment
· Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
· Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
· Judgment and decision-making ability
