Location: 2nd Industrial City, Dammam-Saudi Arabia
Nationality Required: Only for Saudi Nationals(Male) living in Eastern Provence
Principal Activities :
• HR Planning and budgeting
• Designing strategy for talent acquisition in accordance to nature of talent requirement in company
• Identifying target market/talent pool for all positions (Existing/potential)
• Being updated about current and near future talent requirements in different departments of the company
• Keep updated information about the candidates available in market in term of their suitability for existing or potential position in term of their availability and fitness to join us.
• Keep update information about max available communication medias to attract active and passive candidates; web resources, social media, online groups and professional communities ..etc
• Direct dealing with hiring managers in term of discussing properly screened candidates
• Identifying, coordinating and managing relationship with overseas agencies for visa process and necessary documentations.
• Analyses, develops, recommends and implements consistent and efficient compliant Human Resources management policies and procedures.
• Applies knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including applicable policies and procedures and government regulations that are applicable to the scope of work responsibilities.
• Maintains and update overall manpower head count to keep comply with the standard HR Department Reports and Management Presentations.
Experience & Skills:
• Broad knowledge and experience in Gulf and south Asian market recruitment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Headhunting, market scanning
• Expertise in MS office applications for required reports generation
Compensation:
Base Salary: Sr. 7,500- Sr.9,500,Housing Allowance: 25% of Basic,Transportation Allowance:10% of Basic+Annual Vacation Allowance: Sr.6000 for Married & Sr.3,000 for unmarried
