Job Title: Back Office Sales

Directly Subordinated Position: Job description and position in reference of the current organisation chart
Work Contents: Performs clerical and administrative support duties for sales department
Prepares and distributes various sales reports.
Maintains files, schedules appointments and make travel arrangements.
Assists sales team in preparing the quotation and sending promptly to customer.
Do all preparations and arrangements for customer visit, for example pick up from and to airport, hotel reservation, in-house training, meals arrangement and any evening or weekend activities when necessary.
Coordinate with Card Body and Personalization Division for updated Job status and target schedule.
Coordinate with other Department regarding issues with Sales Division.
Prepare Internal Sales Order on all the jobs by the given specifications of the Sales Managers and based from the quotations and purchase order.
