The Personnel Supervisor establishes service level agreements between HRS and operational areas of the business and supervises all day-to-day activities such as the certification of services, issuance of letters to staff, staff guarantors and updating of staff files and GOSI records. Additionally this Supervisor manages supplier contracts, telephone and mobile bill payments, housing and transportation arrangements as well as general administration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
Experience with filing and record keeping
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Organisational skills.[/align]
