First of all, you must have a look to every single detail.

(Corporate sales support officer )
Basic function /
The basic function of this position is to support the corporate sales team of our company in KSA and to manage and develop the sales data, systems and reporting.

Qualifications /
This position requires a Degree level in Business or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field. Must have an experience on selling to industrial and corporate customers.

** Must be perfect in English .

Duties and responsibilities /
1- working closely and in a daily basis with the corporate sales team to gather all the information required for sales reporting and follow up.
2- managing the corporate sales reports and monitoring the progress of each opportunity .
3- updating the sales system in daily basis and participate on the development of the system with the related IT department.
4- coordinate the training program for each member of the sales team and managing the required preparations and planning.
5- tracking and highlighting all the KSA tenders related to the company business.
6-buying tender documents.
7- coordinating proposals with finance and bidding departments.
8- attending the bidding meetings with the customer and pr***ding reports of the results.
9- performs other tasks as required and other responsibilities related to position.
10- responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to her/his job requirements.

The basic function of this position is to sell the company's services to new and existing customers and to identify new markets and business opportunities.

Qualifications /
This position requires a Degree level in Business or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in related field. Must have an experience on selling to industrial and corporate customers. Must have an experience on selling to government and Simi government customers .

** Must be perfect in English .

Duties and responsibilities /
1- taking the customers requirements .
2- developing the all relationships .
3- building many plans for the marketing .
4- representing the organization and trade exhibitions.
5- negotiating on price and costs with buyers and and managers .
6- responsible for complying with the applicable HSE procedures, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies and those applicable to her/his job requirements.
7- performs other tasks as required and other responsibilities related to position.
