الوصف الوظيفي: Quality Supervisor
Description
A Quality Supervisorserves as a consultant to a business or organization, evaluating, planning, impr***ng and implementing improvement plans in business processes and practices. Other aspects of the job ******* team building and group facilitation, compiling and analyzing data and preparing & delivering training as required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ø Assist in evaluating, developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
Ø Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects.
Ø Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.
Ø Pr***de support and guidance to team when needed.
Ø Use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance.
Ø Assist in developing process improvement policies and infrastructure.
Ø Optimize or redesign process flows to meet company requirements.
Ø Maintain and update all process documentation for reference purposes.
Ø Train resources in process improvement techniques.
Ø Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics.
Ø Prepare and deliver Business Cases to the Management for process improvements to be under taken.
Ø Team building and group facilitation, compiling and analyzing data and preparing training & process improvement materials.
Qualification and Experience:
Ø Minimum BS in Quality, Industrial Engineering or *****alent. MBA will be preferred.
Ø Diploma or *****alent qualification will be considered.
Ø 5 years direct work experience in all aspects of process definition, development and execution.
