JOB PURPOSE:
To be able to follow OEM procedures for all scheduled Maintenance of Fixed and portable Arresting Gear Systems and other associated equipment
To be able to diagnose the malfunction of all mechanically, Hydraulically and pneumatically operated components of the systems thru’ visual, audible inspection and by the use of testing devices
Required to repair or replace defective parts or components in accordance with OEM procedures using all safe practices
Performs operational and functional checks on AGS equipment
Carries out general maintenance duties as assigned by Foreman
