an international company is looking to hire Saudis as Help-desk Engineers to do the below tasks
Attend all type of IT support calls from users
Incident investigation, diagnosis and resolution
Detection of possible problems and notification to the problem management
Support in resolution of major incidents
Ensures that users are satisfied with the resolution and call closure
Required Skills are:-
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills in both Arabic and English mandatory
Knowledge in Microsoft applications and Operating System
Basic knowledge in Desktop level-1 support
Good Customer Handling Skills
Good Analytical skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, punctuality
Network knowledge is a plus
