مطلوب محاسب او محاسبة سعودي ذو خبره في المحاسبه ويتقن اللغة الانجليزيه . في احد الشركات الاجنبية مع امكانية السفر للخارج مع بدلات

Job Summary:


The Financial Administrator will have primary responsibility for all aspects of executing accounting transactions and internal control. This will daily administration of payables, receivables and inventory transactions, performance of month end close including adjusting entries and accruals, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, administration of payroll, coordination with the external accountants on tax return preparation and audit procedures, and preparation of annual financial plans and periodic forecasts. The Financial Administrator will ensure the execution of internal controls including segregation of duties, proper authorization of expenditures and monitoring of the
company’s cash positions
.
Primary Responsibilities:
◾ Ensure the timely and accurate execution of accounts receivable, accounts payable and inventory transactions including sales , purchase , inventory movements and adjustments, work and other accounting transactions that occur during the ordinary course of business
◾ Execution of the month-end closing process including closing of sub-ledgers, preparation of adjustments and accruals, reconciliation of account balances and preparation of financial statements for management review
◾ Administration and execution of payroll for the organization
◾ Ensure that adequate controls are in place to maintain the integrity of the company’s books and records and the safeguarding of company assets including cash, inventory and equipment
◾ Liaise with external advisors on the execution of the annual audit, preparation of statutory financial statements, and preparation of tax returns
◾ Collaborate with the Corporate Legal team on the insurance policies for FIFS
◾ At the direction of the General Manager, build the annual operating plan (AOP) as well as periodic forecasts and projections in accordance with Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) processes
◾ Additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management

Personal Specifications:
◾ Good communicator with excellent English and Arabic language skills
◾ Ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure
◾ Ability to prioritize and manage an ever changing workload with a flexible approach

Job Qualifications:
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance
Preferred: Three to five years related post-degree experience in an Accounting Department of a medium to large organization, JD Edwards experience
