On behalf of our client we are recruiting a Female Call Center Support Executive (Saudi National).
As a Call Center Support Executive your responsibilities will be as follow:
Job Responsibilities:
• Answered Calls.
• Timely e-Mail Response.
• Timely Generation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports in MS Word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint.
• Follow up on Pending /Escalated Issues, Timely Escalation to Right Stakeholders.
Key Performance Measures:
• Answering 98% of Incoming Calls routed to Executive per Day.
• Answering 90% of Calls routed to Executive within 30 Sec.
• Quality of Interaction Rating to be fair / better for 5 random calls per Day.
• Acceptable e-Mail response – within 10 minutes of receiving e-Mail.
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports as per Schedule.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Saudi Nationals with Technical Degree in Electronics / Computer Science / Information Technology (1 Years Experienced).
• Exposure to Working with Call Center Environment.
• Hands on Experience on Microsoft Office – Outlook ,Word , Excel, PowerPoint , Visio
• Basic Troubleshooting Skills for PC’s/ Laptops.
• Fluency in English and Arabic – To Speak, To Write, To Read.
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills for Team Working and Customer responsiveness.
• Morning Shift Working as per requirements (Tentative – 9am to 4pm on Business Days).
• Should be able to Work under Pressure.
