Looking for Human Resource & Public relation Officer in Insurance Broker Company in Jeddah
Job Purpose:
The job holder is the Human Resources for the company and will also undertake the role of Public Relations Officer and, along with the Assistant Executive Manager, be the key interface with the local Officials such as the Ministry of Labor, SAMA, GOSI, the Ministry of Commerce and any other that maybe requited from time to time.
Job Descriptions:
· To establish the HR Department of the company in conjunction with the Assistant Executive Manager and to put into place fully effective HR policies and procedures that will enable THE COMPANY to meet its people goals in KSA.
· To work with the Assistant Executive Manager to fill vacant positions with high caliber candidates
· To secure visas from the Ministry of Labor to enable the initial staffing compliment to be completed
· To be the interface with Ministry of Labor to ensure that at all times THE COMPANY remains within the Saudi Labor Law
· To be the interface with GOSI to ensure that all employment records and contributions are current
· To be the person responsible for the Saudization ration and compliance with the Nitiqat system.
· To work with business heads to put in place a training and development plan for all staff.
· To work to ensure a robust performance management system is in place and is actively used by the team.
· To be the custodian of any “sales incentive schemes”.
· To support the Assistant Executive Manager with any Corporate and Social Responsibility policy.
· Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, pr***de advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure. · To assist the Assistant Executive Manager, in the direction of the service and to assess the impact of major policy and legislative change.
· To initiate and direct strategies to develop the service and address both the challenges and opportunities arising from such policy and legislative changes.
· To drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions.
· To lead and participate as required in HR working groups involved in the development and promotion of HR policy and procedures.
· Collect and pr***de periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labor and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures. · Submit, follow-up and collect all new and renewable employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
· Pr***de guidance to new and existing employees on their requirements such as driving license, Iqama and legal requirements to ensure that PR services are pr***ded as required. · Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
· Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required.
· Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities.
· Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times.
Skills & Background:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 2 years in a Human Resource Management role with a successful track record
- Knowledge of local labor law and visa regulations for expats.
