Job Role:
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and writing reports, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder
• Fluent English
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ideally someone who has worked as a receptionist before
• Willing to work in mixed work environment.
Working hours: 8 a.m – 5 p.m. (Sun-thur)
Location: Close to Exit 8
