Key Accounts Manager
Role: Manage, develop and grow specific Key Accounts by developing business
programs supported with performance related CDAs.
Accountabilities:
· Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Pepsi-Cola standard for all
accounts.
· Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired and the appropriate
contacts are made on the agree frequency.
· Work with PBI CD function to develop account specific standards for
merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment.
· Communicate “Model Store” standards to the field to reinforce the account
strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
· Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store
execution & adherence to agreements.
· Establish & negotiates CDAs within company’s policies & budget.
· Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where
appropriate.
· Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per CD guidelines.
Measures: - Key accounts volume performance.
- Share of exclusive / preferred accounts.
- Completed account plans (ASAPs) for top key accounts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales experience with House Home Appliances companies with minimum 2 years in Supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Marketing & financial knowledge.
- Ability to develop win-win solutions
- University graduate.
- English / Arabic is essential
- Age 25 +
