Job Description

· Dispatch Center is like a control tower where we communicate with customers and dispatch Field Service Engineers on a daily basis and therefore
( fluency in speaking Arabic andEnglish is a must. )

Candidates must be very punctual in observing working hours and habitual absences is not acceptable except on emergency cases

Candidates must have good Customer Handling Skills to take care of difficult Customers especially Government and Major Accounts

Knowledge in correspondence. (Answering E-Mails/Letters clearly from Customers especially complaints
)Must have a good attitude towards the job especially when it requires working extra hours during high season

Candidates should have a good typing skill. (Needed when doing debrief of Field Service Engineers especially the quantity of parts being debriefed
.
Advantage for candidates who have worked on ORACLE Application.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and EXCEL is also a requirement .
