Key Account Manager

Position: Key Account Manager – Government Institutions
Reports to: Director of Business Development & Corporate Communication
Based in: Riyadh – Saudi Arabia
Saudi Nationality
Key Points:
Bachelor's degree or related experience is required.
5 plus years sales experience in Healthcare Market.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and experience utilizing syndicated and other data sources.
Strong leadership skills, proven ability to think strategically and manage tactical execution.
Liaison between internal team associates and customer to foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, growth oriented culture.
Keep company leadership updated on business plans, marketplace intelligence, alternative sales strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
Technical Sales background is a plus.
No restrictions with travel

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Day to day contact with complex clients for issue resolution.
Pr***des input into the strategic planning for assigned clients.
Knowledge and understanding of assigned corporate financial impacts of clients.
Responsible for tracking operational performance versus guarantees. Compiles documentation for regular client reviews.
Responsible for the operational needs of complex clients.
Handles ad-hoc inquiries and other client requests

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or *****alent work experience
5 years relevant work experience, and a Master’s degree is a plus
Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and Internet experience; Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong focus on book of business client satisfaction and client retention results
Demonstrated ability managing projects, utilizing proven project management processes
Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve complex client issues
Ability to travel
