المتطلبات الوظيفيه

diploma or Bachelor degree in computer or related
working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and their equipment
knowledge of ITIL process
knowledge of customer service practices
hardware and software related experience less than a year
excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
understanding of local culture language
