The vacancies you're promoting here do not require an English ad. Simply post your ad in Arabic. If you were asking for CEOs or higher management leaders then and only then your ad should be in English to specifically target the right candidates for the job.

That is humbly my opinion on how you should choose the proper language when posting a job ad.
