A Saudi Company is looking for a skilled and qualified secretary or office manager for its Division Manger in Dammam-Khober Head Office. He must be very good in English language as well as Arabic, and can type accurately.
He must be able to do the following:
1- Scheduling events.
2- Coordinating between departments
3- Following up to get the job done on-time.
4- Handling events, calls, meetings, etc.
5- Generate statically date & periodic reports
6- Verifying documents & filtering
7- Preparing and maintain records.
8- Very good at using Microsoft Office Programs, especially Excel (i.e. not basic level).
He must has the following personal qualities:
1- Punctual
2- Precise
3- Proactive, or even aggressive to get the job done.
4- Very patience, and can work under pressure.
