Human Resource and Government Relations Officer – Jeddah only Saudi

The job description and responsibilities are as follows:
 Responsible for all Government Relations Procedures (Issuing & Renewing the Company’s licenses from all government offices such as: Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Ministry of Commerce, Labor Office, Immigration & Istakdam Office, Saudi Civil Defense, Passport office, Ministry of Foreigner Affaires, Ministry of Interior, STC… etc.) & (Issuing & Renewing the staff licenses such as: Change of Sponsorship, Issuance of new Iqama’s, Renewal of Iqama’s, Iqama Transfers, processing Visa documents, Exit Reentry Visa, Final Exit Visa… etc.).
 Responsible for Nitaqat process (Saudization Percentage) & Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) & General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).
 Attend the complex cases in Courts, Ministry of Commerce, and Labor office on behalf of company (if required).
 Developing excellent relations with all Government Offices.
 Custodian of the HRMS EBS System (Oracle).
 Oversees, coordinates, maintains, and/or processes monthly payroll, monthly additions & deductions, personal loans, sick and annual/public holydays, staff expenses claims, new employment & information for staff, staff transfers, staff resignations, end of service…etc. thru HRMS EBS System (Oracle).
 Updating & Maintaining the staff information and HR reports in HRMS EBS System (Oracle).
 Manage and update the staff medical insurance policy.
 Maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to these policies as per labor law.
 Maintenance and update of the staff original files & documentation.
 Prepare and review all HR related memos and letters for management approval.
 Maintain and update the job descriptions for all positions in the organization.

Skills
• Holds a bachelor degree in HR ,business administration or *****alent.
• At least (3) years’ experience of HR administration.
• Full knowledge of the Saudi labor law and proactive and advance notification about any changes.
• Fluent in English written & spoken.
• Proficiency of dealing with computer and Microsoft office programs.
