Receptionist and Executive Assistant – Jeddah – Only Saudi Female

The job description and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Welcoming visitors.
2. Taking calls at Reception and transfer to departments.
3. FAX in/Out , Shipments in /out
4. Scheduling meeting for COO based on his availability
5. Office Supplies for Kitchen / Stationery
6. Preparing file and coordinating with Regions
7. Travel arrangements Tickets/ Executive lounge booking/ Hotel/ Transportation/ Meeting schedule.
8. Preparing packs and presentations.
9. Company event arrangements and social activities
10. Board meeting arrangements Lunch /Dinner *******ment/ Packs.
11. Taking Minutes of meeting.
12. Invoice management related to Travel agency, Aramex and stationery suppliers
13. Helping HR to.
14. Assisting COO on daily basis and preparing his Expanse claims.

Skills
• Holds a bachelor degree in any major.
• At least (2) years’ experience of Executive assistant administration.
• Fluent in English written & spoken.
• Proficiency of dealing with computer and Microsoft office programs.
• High level skills in Excel and Power point.
