The Role:
*Ensure completion of Electrical maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality safety and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability.
* Embrace preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and contribute to their improvement.
*Is responsible for the execution and the quality of maintenance work to be carried out on E&I equipment, respecting budget, policies and deadlines.
*Ensure proper day to day scheduling of works and necessary resources. Assign and review work to perform with the craftsmen.
* Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.
*Ensure working condition and safety work
* Monitor the time requirements for each job and the optimal manpower and skills necessary for executing jobs.
* Respond to emergency repair needs.
* Work with the planning in the development of job planning
* Ensue safe storage and disposal of replaced spares
