Key Accountabilities

1. Strategic Planning
• Develop HR Strategy Department strategy in line with HR & Admin Divisional strategy to support in the achievement of Divisional objectives
• Ensure implementation of Departmental strategy and related strategic plans in order to achieve agreed upon strategic goals and objectives
• Develop, and update HR Strategy Department organization structure –with compliance to relevant policies- to ensure meeting different business needs and requirements
2. Budgeting
• Prepare and recommend the HR Strategy Department budget by conducting analysis and preparing data related to specific elements as directed
• Monitor the financial performance of the HR Strategy Department against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
3. Operations Management
• Manage the daily operations of HR Strategy Department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and procedures
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and departmental requirements, policies and standards
• Manage the execution and delivery of internal project by planning, organizing, overseeing of various project activities to ensure meeting agreed project *********s (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality)
4. Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition
• Direct the performance management and rewards strategies and manage their implementation and administration to attract, engage and retain BIDAYA employees and ensure a performance-*****n culture
• Report on performance and rewards practises to the Chief People Officer and related regulators to ensure compliance of rules and regulations
• Recommend recognition programs and initiatives to honour standout performance and achievements
5. Organizational Design and Talent Management
• Manage the organizational development initiatives and interventions, including any restructuring exercises involving job evaluation and workforce planning
• Manage the learning and development, succession planning and career management activities and recommend their strategies to enable full potential of BIDAYA employees
6. People Management
• Manage the activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets
• Stimulate subordinates and manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
7. Policies, Processes & Procedures
• Recommend improvements to departmental policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of HR Strategy activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective services
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
Requirements:
• BS / MS degree in HR or related field
• 3 + years of experience as an HR manager.
• People oriented and results *****n
• Knowledge of HR systems, unknown, and solutions to common HR challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Extensive knowledge of Total Rewards
• Fluency in Arabic and English
