Job Description:
• Interfaces with Sales Department to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• Reviews materials requests, Prepare PO, and manages approval process as per approved procurement manual.
• Transmits approved purchase order's to supplier, Tracks order acknowledgement, Tracks Order's and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase Order's until they are closed.
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
• Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
• Participate in reduction purchasing costs by following effective procurement methods.

Skills required:
• Strong leadership skills
• Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners.
• Good knowledge in terms of IT solution “Hardware & Software”.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset,
• Fluent in English language.

Experience required:
• 3-5 years’ strong experience in procurement role
