Job Responsibilities :
1. organizing meetings and managing unknown
2. booking transport and accommodation
3. organizing company events or conferences
4. ordering stationery and furniture
5. dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
6. preparing letters, presentations and reports
7. supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
8. managing office budgets
9. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
10. implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
11. delegating tasks to junior employees
12. organizing induction programs for new employees
13. ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
14. using a range of software packages
15. attending meetings with senior management
