The Member Service Manager will work strategically towards the achievement of club’s value chain targets.
Maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the role that the Membership Services Team, ensuring the strategic management of the team’s activities to deliver progression and retention at all membership levels by monitoring engagement and retention of club’s members, developing new services and communication methods for members and reviewing, developing and implementing effective operational systems.
Applicant Criteria:
Education: Business Admin/ Mgt. graduate
Age: Maximum 32
Experience: 3 to 5 years with fitness/ recreation/ leisure club or hotel
Nationality: Saudi preferably
Gender: Male
