URGENT: A Transportation Company is looking for Spare Parts Supervisor as per the below:

Responsibilities:
• Follow up processing of all parts ******, Overseas and local
• Conduct field visit to local markets. Search for big parts suppliers. Negotiate prices and open accounts for them
• Convince suppliers to buy from them on credit basis
• Determine which type of parts are most demanded by R&M and ensure continuous availability
• Know complete inventory job
• Coordinate with R&M for their created demand and samples whenever needed
• Deputize Parts Manager during his absence
• Regular update for suppliers list

Qualifications:
• Minimum High School Graduate
• 3 – 5 years of experience in Parts catalog, Inventory management & Warehouse Operations
• 2 – 3 years in a supervisory role

Others:
• Bilingual (Arabic & English)
• Must have a proven practical experience in either Automotive or Transportation industry
• Preferable Saudi National OR a Non-Saudi with Transferable Iqama
