Main Responsibilitis
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Product/Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory compliance
Provide support , direction and trainings as required to ensure understanding and compliance with applicable standards
Oversees training and development of all staff directly and/or indirectly and provides coaching, direction and leadership support to staff
Cleanness, Food storage control and food wastage control
Qualifications
2-4 years’ experience as food quality trainer in restaurant
Food Safety and Quality Assurance Certification
Highly result orientated, high level of self-organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, hands-on mentality
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be in Saudi Arabia and have transferal sposership
