We are oil & gas Company (Offshore drilling) in Dammam searching for Saudi IT Specialist “Male” have a good experience (more than 3 years) in the field , prefer if he has experience in oil & gas “Rigs”.
The work will be inside the Head office but he may needs to visit the rigs if its required from time to time.

Primary responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
• Write training manuals.
• Train computer users.
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Walk customer through problem-solving process.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Requirements
• Proven working experience in providing help desk support
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows as well as various software packages including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, SAP and Adobe Creative Suite
• 3+ years of experience in a systems role with a good mix of technology skills. Ability to work on own initiative within part of multi-skilled IT Group.
• To diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of help desk software, unknown and remote control
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Must be willing to go offshore to provide support for offshore users
