Required Qualification:


- Bachelor or Master degree in law (preferred international degree)
- Saudi national with 2-4 years' experience
- Excellent command in English
- Excellent Communication, negotiation & presentation
- Commercial evaluation of contracts and assessment of related risk evaluation, involvement in negotiations on the commercial aspects of large contracts, dispute resolution etc.
- legal advice to the operation employment dispute related, statutory compliances, handling collection disputes etc.
- Responsible of Corporate compliance, internal audits.
