Contract details:
One-year contract.
Salary: SAR4800 as Montly full packages.
Working day: 5 days per week.
Working hours: 8 hours per day , but you have to be flexible .
Vacation allowance: 21 days per year.
Medical insurance coverage.
GOSI: per system.

Urgently required - Receptionist – Very Good command of English is a must

The Role
Doing every work as receptionist. Attending guests, taking care of walk-in clients reception.
Receptionist Job Duties:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Accept and sign for courier packages and distribute mails.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain a pleasant appearance of the reception area.

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:
1. Very good English
2. Telephone Skills.
3. Pleasant personality.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
5. Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management
Requirements
1. Saudi national is a must (Arabic Speaker).
2. Candidate must be residing in Riyadh because job is for Jeddah.
3. Candidate must be able to register for General Organization for social insurance (GOSI).
4. Previous experience preferred but not essential
5. Candidate must be able to register for Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
6. Candidate must be have no criminal record.
7. Secondary school education as a minimum.
