We are looking for (Executive Secretary - female only) in Dammam
:Responsibilities and Duties
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence
(.email, letters,etc)
.Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure-
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
.Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms-
.Coordinates office management activities-
:QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
(Business Administration- Management Information Systems - Office Management)
. Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative experience-
. Excellent oral and written English & Arabic communication skills-
. Proficient in MS Office-
.Office administration proficiency-
.Good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving skills-
. Flexibility and adaptability with good organizational skills-
.Location: Dammam
.Job Type: Full-Time
