sale coordinator or Administrator

We are looking for sale coordinator or Administrator .



Responsibility:
1. Administrative support to all of the team of sales.
2. Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order.
3. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, correspondence, agreements, and reports
4. processing/database/spreadsheet software to provide documents as required and provide management information including reports
5. To maintain records through data entry, filling and completion of documentation.
6. Maintain & update sales, customer and brokers records
7. Develop monthly sales report
8. creating proposals & quotation.
9. Stay up-to-date with all projects info, prices and share any update with sales team.
10. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.
11. Review work done by others.
12. Conduct market research.
13. Handle all portals and ensuring all info are correct.
14. Preparing weekly, monthly, annual report.
15. Providing assistance to Direct Managers.
16. Weekly analysis& Report of the weakness and strength of the work process.



Requirements:
Exp : 2+ Years in the Industry field
Locate: Easton Provence
Educate: Diploma or Higher
Nationality: Any
Gender: Male
Package 3 to 5 K
Joining: Less than a month
