Job description summary & duties
• Electrical and mechanical B.S department
• 10 years’ experience EM installation testing commissioning
• PMO stilled leader to manage a team of 60 employee over the kingdom or different sites
• Capable to communicate with consultants and client’s offices
• A full knowledge of water and waste water equipment’s installation maintenance
• Provide advice to the management, work on business development, develop strategic plan, and makes recommendations on various business dissection
• Monitor and supervise the performance of the administration and provide advice that ensures the achievement of the company’s goals
• Set an estimated budget for the department’s work and monitoring the administration’s expenditures to achieve the company’s goals
• Ensure that all contracts made by the management are within the company’s budget and the executed-on time
• Ensure the continuous improvement or management and work staff and raise their professional’s competence
• Submit weekly reports to the senior management of the work done in the department and obstacles and suggestions for solutions
• Works to develop a good relationship with all the contractors and clients
• Maintain high employee productivity and efficiency in a high professional environment
• Directing, supervising and guiding all the department employees by submitting reports on time
• Providing technical support to all department employees
• Provide the required technical training for all department employees to raise the professional statues
