Primary Purpose: Provides wide-ranging support in the design, development, promotion, and evaluation of Talent Development initiatives, programs and events for ZLC
Principal Accountabilities
Research, collect, and analyze data; prepare required administrative reports; maintain certificate and administrative training records for ZLC kingdom-wide and additional
Design and develop training templates*
Provide technical assistance*
Design, develop, and maintain web-based learning resources*
Perform various operational, clerical, and/or administrative support*
Assist with departmental budgeting*
Provide assistance in related projects*
Education: Degree in IT / SAP or related field
Knowledge: Knowledge of customer service
Technical Skills: Database Management / Ability to develop instructional PC solution
Experience: 5 years’ experience in a training environment
Nationality: Saudi nationals ; Male / Female
Language: Intermediate proficiency in both English and Arabic languages – verbal, written and spoken
