● Communicating with banks to solve financing problems for clients
● Understand the SIMAH system for financing individuals and solving troubles
● Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns

● Create and implement marketing plans (budget and schedule)
● Developing plans and policies for selling projects
● Create and update databases
● Participate in preparing marketing studies
