We are looking for an experienced (Operating Officer ) to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures.
Requirements
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as Operating Officer or relevant role
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Talent in decision-making and problem-solving
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
• Knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (ERP, CRM)
• Knowledge about Real estate management operation.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee daily operations of the department
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
