IT Support Specialist/Engineer / Saudi National / male / Jeddah
IT Support Specialist/Engineer:
We are looking for a capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, duties will include but not limited to ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and provide end user support.
Responsibilities:
Providing IT assistance L1/L2 level to staff located in HO and branches (remotely as well).
Supporting end-users on hardware functionalities.
Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance across the locations.
Installing and configuring computer/laptops OS, software and other applications.
Providing the IT support for peripherals (Printers, scanners, Internet of Things).
Preparing and supporting on IOT (Hand held scanner & PDT etc.) issues to end users.
Assigning IT assets to end users and maintaining their logs as well.
Maintaining the IT inventory.
Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support.
Skills and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist.
It must be Saudi national *male*.
In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
Proficiency in IT helpdesk software.
Exceptional interpersonal and English communication skills.
